Using Twirl Filter in Photoshop Elements 14

I just posted a video on YouTube that uses the Twirl filter in Photoshop Elements to make an abstract image that can be used for a background of a PowerPoint presentation or a title slide for a video.

Photoshop Elements 14 on Your Laptop Course

Beginning in early January, I will be teaching a Photoshop Elements 14 class at the Torrance Adult Center. If you have the program installed on a laptop computer and you live in the South Bay area of Los Angeles, you should consider taking the class.
